Some of my poetry. I dont knowetry.... Luckily, I can still remember the strength of emotions and how much power they can channel into our creativity. It seems paradoxical to me that people sometimes do their best work under the stress of love or depression or high levels of anxiety. Go figure. |

HEY! I was with a date one night at a place called Spaghetti Warehouse. A young man about 8 or 9 yrs. old walked up to me and asked me if I was Willie Nelson. I answered, "No, but I used to be". He returned to the group at his table, pointed at me, and told them, "That man used to be Willie Nelson." If I really was Willie, I would like to write a song using the words above. |

| MORODDER Me on my favorite ride. Summer 2003. I lost my Suzuki to the finance company during my worst month of chemotherapy - you sometime get a little crazy during chemo. I lost 22+ lbs. that month. Maybe that had somethin to do with it.Unless you've ever been into bikes you can never understand the loss I've experienced without my "morodder" parked out front. |

Paradox - Inverted time This is a study for a wall mural. |
| My Corner of the World I spend a great deal of my time in this corner. I finally finished building the CPU on top of the Thrift Store desk. "duit urself" is the way to go. (Incredible specs for pennies on the dollar) Less than $500 for AMD64, 160GB Hard, 1GB RAM, DVD/ROM Combos, XP Pro, NEMO, and so on and so on.. I now have added an additional hard drive(250GB) and 2GB of RAM(for 3GB total). CPU modding is kinda like hotrodding - you never have enough horse power and faster is always better. I'm working an a solid-state cooler that will hopefully allow some "overclocking".................

Some more I-dont-knowetry I dont know if Willie would like this one but I do. |
| Mind mazes. This is another wall mural study. I have quite a few of these but not many of them exist in GIF or JPEG format. Come on over to see me sometime and I'll show you how beautiful this is without the compression required to put it on the web. |

GIRLDOTTER This is my youngest at about 4. Taken with a Yashica MAT in available light. Remember when cameras used film? This beautiful little girl is grown up and married. She's living in Boise, Idaho. I dont get to see much of her since moving from the "Great Northwet". If you see her grab her and tell her to come vist her dad. |
| Mural study 12 It's inevitable that some detail is lost in order to compress images for presentation on the net. In spite of that fact, I like this image. It gave birth to a whole series of images. Come back and I might have a whole page devoted to fantasy rides. |

UCA MEMBER This is my friend Blivit. He's one of the founding members of the UCA. He's a devout Harley Pilot and always CONCERNED! I particularly chose this photo because of the intense look of CONCERN on his face. Pay no attention to the stain on the chair between his legs. |
| ME n SUGAR This is the mare that owned me when I was a teenangel cowboy. Her full name was Sugarfoot Daisy the third. If you were ever in Muskogee,OK. around 1955 and up, you might have seen a huge mural of her on the outside wall of the Bully Good Saddle Shop. Note: She was smarter than me and probably saved my ___ more than once.......... |

Alicia, Adam, and Lindsey 1989 A rare, but wonderful, shot of all three of my kids together. Why is it rare to see siblings together? Because each one has a different mother and the opportinity to get together is usually provided only by me. At one time all my ex's lived in Tex's but now they are spread around the country. My offspring dont seem to realize that they could have the best of two worlds. 1. Raised with the benefits of an "only" child. and 2. Have a blood brother and sister with the advantages of a real brother/ sister relationship. Since I was an "only child" I always envied the fun large families seemed to have. I actually wanted 10 children. Alas, my degree of maturity at the time it was needed did not exist. I don't, however, feel short changed 'cause my "kids" are extra special people and I'm very privileged to know them. I also love them more than they know...... |
| Great Grandparents This is my maternal grandmothers family. My great-great grand parents? The woman in tintype is supposedly of Cherokee descent. I cant argue with that since my mother had black eyes and dark hair and always claimed some Native American heritage. I think I got a lot of genes from my dad's side. I recently joined the GENOGRAPHIC project sponsored by National Geographic and IBM. My DNA sample shows my ancestors migrated out of Africa into Central Asia and west from there to Northern Spain and from there to either England or Southern Ireland. They only analyze the 'Y' chromosome so I still don't know if I have Native American ancestry on my mother's side ('X' chromosome).
