My whole life has been a meandering stream of loves and friendships. The deep pools, the ripples, the bends, the rushing rapids. and the occasional waterfall are all cherished memories. This is my stream. It cannot be taken from me. I have lived off its bounty and drank deeply of its nourishing water. I have walked its shore, waded in its coolness, plunged deeply into its depths, and survived its waterfalls. The loves and friendships it has provided me are the most precious and unforgettable times of my life. I don't know when this stream will change its course or where it will end, but I will continue to trust it. I will continue to test its depths. I will continue to be thirsty...........

In 2011- What to tell people who don't care. . . . and how to determine if they dont.For nine months of 2004 I went through intense chemotherapy for the treatment of HepC-type1A. If your friend or loved one has ever experienced "chemo" you know that it is as if you're in a completely different universe. The good news is I appear to be cured of the disease. Now I must learn to live with permanent hearing damage, neurologic damage, and cardiovascular damage. Let me emphasize that damage is one hell of a lot better than the alternative. Hap. It's time to get on with life. That includes refreshing/updateing this site on a regular basis. |
FANTASY 055
This design is an experiment using a program from Serif Draw Plus. I've been scribbling, scratching, doodleing, sketching, drafting, painting, sculpting, building, painting, writing, JUST CREATING since I was able to(Since two?). But, I always seemed to end up in some kind of engineering/technical position. My designs of electro/mechanical things would turn out to be as much of a piece of art as a functional entity. My clients or superiors tended to be sceptical of the practicality of an artistically rendered LSI testing device or a prototype hand held calculator that looked as if it were an entry in a modern art museum. Now that I'm on the "dole" and not haveing to meet the expectations of industry - Look out!!!!! |
